The Forest Spirit Healing Journey is a 30-minute distance healing session designed to reconnect you with the calming energy of the forest, where grounding, relaxation, and gentle personal growth unfold. Even when you can’t physically visit woodland, your mind and spirit can step into its restorative atmosphere.
Inspired by Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing”, this session helps you slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in the sensory world of the forest. Feel the sunlight filtering through leaves, birds singing in the canopy, and the earthy scent of moss.

All feedback will be sent by email as a Word Document so we both have a permanent record of what has happened to refer back to if needed. During your session, I will enter into a deep trance meditation and journey into the astral realms, so I will not be able to communicate with you vocally. For this reason, I do not use the phone or Skype, as it would keep pulling me back into this world and weakening the connection between our higher self aspects.
