In line with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR we have a very simple and clear usage control in operation. When you subscribe to our newsletters, we take only your name and email address. This is kept only for communication and is never used for any other purpose. Names and email addresses are never stored on cloud services and are kept in a locked data safe which utilises military-grade encryption.
We only share your name and email address with the following third-party providers:
MailerLite: to deliver our weekly and monthly e-newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies. Doing this helps us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
PayPal: for the purpose of processing your payments.
Client files:
As a client, we respect and endeavour to ensure your complete privacy. As such, we keep all session feedback and information securely locked in a data safe which utilises military-grade encryption. At no time are your files or information stored with any third party. No information is ever stored on a cloud service.
Opting in to receive our newsletters automatically gives you access to our free services, which are only offered to GVHT members who receive our newsletters. Should you decide to opt out and unsubscribe to our newsletters, you are also agreeing to opt out of GVHT membership and, by doing so, make yourself ineligible to continue to receive our free services and special offers.
The right to be forgotten:
Should you wish at any time to have your details removed and deleted, you need only ask. Should you request it, you have the right to be forgotten. This ensures that we agree to remove your details and contact information from our files. In these circumstances, we will comply with any request, unless we need to retain certain information as a matter of law, such as transaction details; however, beyond this, we will remove as much information as is humanly possible and make certain you are not contacted again.

Distance Attunements & Healing Sessions
Once you have paid for your chosen attunement system and the manual has been sent to you, a refund or exchange cannot be given.
If you change your mind before the manual has been sent, then a refund or exchange will be given.
Once a time and date have been agreed for your attunement or healing session, it can only be changed if 24 hours’ notice is given.
If you would like any new information taken into consideration or have any questions you would like answered before your healing session, you must contact me 24 hours before your session, or I may not be at my computer to see it.
There is no time limit on calling in your chi balls after they have been prepared for you.
In the case of an appointment attunement, I always chi ball the energy in addition, at no extra charge, in case you are disturbed or unable to make your appointment at the last moment. You will still be attuned, and this information and energy will be held with your higher self aspect, ready for you to call in whenever you are ready. So you will not miss out on the experience.
Once you have paid for your attunement systems or if you have paid for a block of healing sessions, there is no time limit on taking them.
